Coaching that goes beyond aesthetics — building bodies that move well, perform brilliantly, and stay strong for life.
Training that develops every dimension of human performance — not just how you look in the mirror.
The goal is a body that works for decades, not just months. Every programme is built around sustainable progress, injury resilience, and long-term athletic capacity — so you keep performing at your best for life.
Guesswork replaced with measurable baselines. Movement screening, strength benchmarks, and conditioning assessments drive programming decisions — giving you a clear picture of where you are and exactly where you're heading.
Strength that carries over into real life. Endurance that compounds over time. Movement quality that makes everything feel easier — whether that's a race finish line, a busy day at work, or simply moving through life with energy and ease.
My coaching combines strength training, endurance development, movement quality, and performance testing to create sustainable progress without extremes.
There's a difference between a coach who knows the theory and one who has stood on the start line, felt the nerves, pushed through the wall, and crossed the finish. I'm the latter.
I've personally completed multiple Hyrox events, Ironman triathlons, and marathons — not to prove a point, but because I genuinely believe you can't coach what you haven't experienced. When I write your programme, I know exactly what race day feels like. I know where people break down, what the training demands, and how to prepare a body that won't just finish — but perform.
Ironically, some of the most important lessons I've taken into my coaching haven't come from race podiums or personal bests — they've come from the periods where I couldn't train at all. I've dealt with my own significant injuries throughout my career as both an athlete and a coach, and going through that process personally changed the way I work with every client who walks through the door carrying pain, frustration, or fear about getting back to what they love.
I know what it feels like to sit on the sidelines and watch others train. I know the mental weight of an injury that won't shift as quickly as you want it to. And I know the patience, the discipline, and the careful progression required to rebuild properly — not just to get back to where you were, but to come back stronger, more resilient, and more aware of your body than ever before.
When I work with injured clients, I'm not reading from a protocol. I'm drawing on a lived experience that gives me a genuine understanding of every stage of that journey — physically and mentally. That's why the Rebuild programme exists, and why injury rehabilitation is something I take as seriously as any race prep or performance goal.
Injuries have taken me through the full spectrum — from soft tissue and tendon issues to the kind of setbacks that force a complete reset of your training. I've navigated rehabilitation from the inside, not just as a professional guiding others through it.
The hardest part of injury isn't the physical limitation — it's the loss of identity that comes with it. As someone who trains and competes, being injured shakes your sense of self. I understand that, and I factor it into every rehabilitation programme I write.
Every injury I've been through has made me a more precise, more empathetic, and more effective coach. I've come back from each one and returned to competing at Hyrox, Ironman, and marathon level — so I know the rebuild process works when it's done properly.

Subscription programmes (from £49.99/mo) are structured plans built for a specific goal — Hyrox, strength, running, or rebuilding from injury. They're updated every 4 weeks and delivered through the Everfit app, but aren't individually tailored to you. They're a brilliant entry point if you want expert-designed training at a lower price point.
Everfit is the platform Harrison uses to deliver all subscription programmes. Once you subscribe, you'll receive an invitation to download the app and access your programme. You can log your sessions, track progress over time, and the app will notify you each time your programme is updated on its 4-week cycle.
For most programmes, yes — access to a gym with free weights, barbells, and cardio equipment will get the best results. The Hyrox Performance programme specifically benefits from access to a ski erg and sled. If you train at home or have limited equipment, mention this when you get in touch and Harrison can advise on the best fit or adapt accordingly.
